  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any individual displaying rudeness or a negative attitude towards our staff or other patrons.
  • For the safety and well-being of all our clients, if you have any infections or medical conditions such as diabetes, we may decline to perform certain services. If you choose to proceed with the service against our recommendation, you do so at your own risk, and we shall not be held liable for any consequences.


Etiquette:

  • Please refrain from engaging in loud phone conversations or disruptive behavior while inside the salon premises.


Gift Cards and Refunds:

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be refunded or replaced. Gift cards hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns or issues you may have regarding our services to the best of our abilities.


Pricing:

  • Our service prices are clearly displayed on our menu. Prior to receiving any service, please confirm the prices with your technician.


Personal Belongings and Damages:

  • Customers are solely responsible for their personal belongings during their visit. Any damage caused to salon property or products will incur a compensatory fee.


Children and Pets:

  • We kindly request that parents supervise their children during their visit to the salon.
  • With the exception of trained service animals assisting individuals with disabilities, pets are not permitted inside the salon premises.


Service Guarantees:

  • We offer a seven-day service guarantee for Gel Manicures and Dip Powder applications. Should you experience chipping within this period, please notify us promptly for a complimentary fix.


Service Satisfaction:

  • While we do not offer refunds on services, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please communicate any concerns regarding your service experience to our staff, and we will do our best to address them.


Punctuality:

  • If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please notify our salon as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate you, but tardiness beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling.


Liability Waiver:

  • By receiving services at our salon, you agree to waive any liability against the salon and its staff for any unforeseen incidents or accidents that may occur during your visit.
